Dr. Hyun Jung Lee

Hyun Jung Lee (Grace) teaches the seminar on the Leading Cases on Human Rights Law and co-teaches the seminar transitional justice. Grace received her law degree from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul, South Korea, a Master Human Rights (M.A.), and a Ph.D. (Dr. jur.) from FAU. Her research has been published as a book with Springer in 2022 (Discrimination Based on Sexual Orientation – Jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights and the Constitutional Court of Korea). Currently, her research focuses on comparative constitutional law, EU anti-discrimination law, the case law of the European Court of Human Rights and the Constitutional Court of Korea.
