On 23rd October, the MA in the Human Rights Department hosted its annual graduation and welcome event with Dunja Mijatović as our distinguished speaker, who delivered the keynote talk on “The Future of Human Rights: Between Backsliding and Renewal”. Dunja Mijatović is a human rights activist from Bosnia and Herzegovina who has, among others, served as the Council of Europe’s Commissioner for Human Rights from 2018 to 2024.
This year’s graduates were awarded their degrees in the presence of students, families and members of our faculty. Simultaneously, the program extended the warmest welcome to the new batch of 2025. The evening concluded with drinks, offering a chance for networking and mingling between different batches of students and professors, commencing the new academic year!
