FAU Human Rights Talks

Human Rights Talks 2019

During the 2019 summer term, multiple students from the Human Rights Master joined the FAU Human Rights talks organized by Professor Patricia Wiater. The subject for the talks was “Freedom of Press in Africa, Europe and the Americas”. The students conducted research and discussions on individual cases from the regional courts regarding the freedom of press. Videos of these research presentations can be found here.

The Human Rights Talks gather students from various faculties and backgrounds to discuss important issues of fundamental and human rights protection from different perspectives. The Talks also provide students an opportunity to engage in critical and vital dialogue with human rights practitioners and experts.

More information can be found on the Human Rights Talks homepage.
