On 30 April, Prof. Jain at the Jindal Global Law School and Director of the Centre for Justice, Law and Society gave a guest lecture on ‘Intersections of Power: Exploring Reproductive Justice in Asia’.
In her presentation she talked about a study on the legal status of abortion in ten South East and South Asian countries in collaboration with a regional civil organisation to understand the impact on criminalisation and access to abortion services which the research centre has recently concluded.
